Brooklyn Quesadillas follows a new father having a mid-life crisis as he navigates the surreal streetscapes of Brooklyn, trying to produce a tv show hosted by a coffeepot, and is then kidnapped by forgotten sitcom stars from the eighties who live on a “fantasy” island and want him to revive their careers.
This English edition will be launched at Comic Art Brooklyn, November 9, 2013. Check the blog for more event details.
Brooklyn Quesadillas will be the second book in the expanding Conundrum International Imprint (Chihoi’s The Library is the first title).
