Massey in the Pig
March 7th, 2010Josh Massey performed a lit trailer for We Will All Be Trees to a packed house at Cafe Voltaire, situated within Books and Company, Prince George.
Accompanying him was the band Tree Bomb (Dave Livesey, Theresa Mohr and Electric Josh Sketchley). Swatting, cursing and muttering incantations, together they acted out scenes from Massey’s novel, which included the “The Black Fly Song” and “Grant’s Tree Planting Ballad”, as well as the obligatory planting rap finale.
